Expedited; Thursday 21st of December 1pm

Next Day Delivery; Friday 22nd December 1pm

Collection in person from our Poole Warehouse Friday 22nd December 2pm

*We offer an extended returns period over Christmas. If purchased from the 1st of December goods can be returned for exchange or refund up until the 8th of January.

 

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

The following delivery services are available in the UK.

Standard £2.50 

Royal mail 2nd class standard delivery 3-5 days. During peak times this make take longer.

Expedited £3.99

Royal Mail 1st class tracked 1-2 days Monday-Thursday when ordered before 1pm

Next Day £6.95

Royal Mail Special delivery, this service Guarentees next day delivery when ordered before 1pm Monday-Thursday

Free Delivery

Orders over £40 now qualify for Expedited 1-2 day 1st class tracked delivery.

Local Pickup

If you live locally to us you can pick up your parcel and drop off any returns to our warehouse on a Monday-Friday 8am-3pm and on the first Saturdays of the Month.

RETURNS

Highstreet Outlet accepts returns within *28 days of receipt provided the garment is unworn and in the original packaging. Refunds are issued on the day the item arrives, and return costs are the responsibilty of the buyer unless the item is faulty, in which intstant please contact us on enquiries@highstreetoutlet.com so that we can assist.

We do advise obtaining proof of posting.
